We came to see Roz on recommendation from our Lactation Consultant to help with tension in our daughter's neck from delivery that was making breastfeeding more challenging. We noticed immediate results in the first few visits, our daughter was much less tense. Fantastic experience: Have been to chiropractors before and felt it was just a money making exercise for them and I had to keep going back week after week to maintain relief from pain but the experience I have had with Chiropractic Balance has been completely different. Exercises to strengthen muscles and support realignment obviously helps maintain the adjustments and remain pain free. I have just finished the first plan of attack and am maintaining absence of pain for the most part with minor adjustments on a weekly basis and heading for fortnightly next and then monthly with more strengthening exercises and posture correction plans. Very very happy with Matt as my Chiropractor and the ethos this firm seems to be all about. Having pinched a nerve over the Covid lockdown which left me in a lot of pain and unable to sleep, as soon as we were in Level 2, I visited my doctor, a physio and Chiropractic Balance. Roz was the only one who helped me straight away. She gave me a referral to get an x-ray immediately and got the results the next day so she knew her treatment on my back and neck was appropriate. After several weeks of treatment, I am just about back to normal, without pain and sleeping through the night. Chiropractic Balance is the only place I'd go now for these sorts of issues. Fantastic experience: I started my treatment at Balance about 3 weeks ago. I have had 6 sessions. The team are friendly and help you through a treatment right for you. Everything is explained to an understanding you understand. I went in with lower back pain only to find out my posture was out of line, my hips wernt in line with eachother and my neck was out aswell which I had no pain with before getting treatment.
