Fantastic experience: ACC, was amazing to have Heather come twice a week to rebandage!
Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Theresa enough for the incredible care she has given me. After major surgery overseas, I was struggling with a surgical wound that wasn’t healing well. I was very fortunate to have Theresa referred to me as my wound care nurse. Her expertise, patience, and confidence made such a difference. She not only treated my wound with great skill, but also gave me the reassurance and positivity I needed during a very challenging time. Under her care, my wound has healed steadily, and I am now back on my feet. Theresa is truly outstanding at what she does and a credit to her profession. I feel very grateful for the support and dedication she has shown me. Highly recommend!
Negative experience: This company should not be given any referrals. They don't even turn up after a week after the referrals are sent. After calling numerous times no answer. When they pick the phone saying we working on your referral. Pathetic service, don't recommend them at all. They don't have any empathy for the sick patients.
Negative experience: Communication is terrible, office staff do not pick up their phones or reply to emails within good time. Standards for home help staff are inconsistent, some a decent, others very poor attitude & effort. Overall company is very poorly represented by staff.
Negative experience: Wer to start really this place is absolutely the worst their communication from top to bottom is non existent I can send an email then they send something quite the opposite back the people they hire rent the problem but the trining is non existent I have had to do most of the trading and then never see that worker again and on and on it goes more unpaid training I dnt work for Healthvision and govt pay them so I can have a break never happens the workers will come and get me four times during a one hour shift so may as well do it myself the service managers are the problem they lack the understanding of people’s needs despite many meetings still all mucked up if you want to have an early stroke then by all means go with this agency I have been decent as as patient as I can be however my sanity is at stake trying to get even the simplest of things sorted one worker was abusive asked for an apology told it would be investigated nothing to date really a shame it’s the procedures and management at fault bar one abusive worker the rest wer lovely how this org gets a govt contract begs belief

Fantastic experience: We are absolutely delighted with our carer who supports Mum's showering. She is punctual and has the most wonderful manner with us all. Mum is quite at ease with her now which makes life so much easier.

Vijay Kumar Khadka is one of the most experienced, professional and outstanding employer assigned by very helpful Manager Shana . Vijay Kumar is super recommended for all critical patients which need personnel care and support . i strongly recommend Vijay Kumar Khadka for all fragile and critical patients and wish him to be at managerial post so that he can train others dealing most complex patients. Happy with the customer service and manager Shauna dealing . Thankyou for helping me out during my most 6 desperate and painful months of my life
Negative experience: Have been assigned home help by ACC, unfortunately people either come late meaning cleaning can't happen as I have scheduled other things around them coming when agreed, or when they do arrive they stay for 20 mins instead of an hour and don't perform the tasks they say they have when I check, and then change the booking times saying it's been requested by me when it hasn't been. Have had to cancel and arrange help directly myself but a lot of people who are relying on this service via ACC won't be able to do this and are likely being disadvantaged. I will say that the office team are absolutely LOVELY and have been extremely helpful, but it just doesn't translate to the actual services provided.

Fantastic experience: The ladies that visited me for a catheter change where amazing. They made you feel comfortable and did everything in a very hygienic way. They where friendly and explained every step of the way what they were doing. They went out of there way to help me. I would recommend this company to anyone who needed care.. I am so thrilled that they are looking after me.
Negative experience: home help useless do as little as possible in as quicker time and then gone in 1/2 an hr i have been allotted 1 hr per week ,and today and yesterday no show this is unacceptable ripping off ACC

Negative experience: I've been with this company for over a few years now. The coordinators and managers are rude. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a healthcare service provider. poor service and lack of concern for the well-being of their patients. I am constantly on the phone to check who will be coming as their online roster have lots of unassigned shifts and problem of No-Shows!!. Can't get hold of office and have to wait and hope for a call back - just to find out that there are no staff to help. I have also complained to HDC about this a couple of times in the past but HelathVision has still not improved. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!!
Negative experience: Not good management. A lot of the time they don't have someone to cover a shift if a worker gets sick or otherwise can't come. The office is not well managed, often having wrong information on the roster for both the client and worker. For example, wrongly assigned worker, colliding times, wrong times. These have happened at least 10 times in the last 6 months. At least the workers they employ are mostly good. Some of the co-ordinators are good too. I hope they can improve their management of services.
Negative experience: Awful. They take money for services they do not provide plain and simple. Lack of staff has nothing to do with it. People are desperate for work and I don't see them advertising for more staff. Funny how the staff are the ones leaving positive reviews, I guess it's great to have a job you don't have to show up for and still get paid. I have used other services and the staff might be late but they never ever don't show up and do the job, it just doesn't happen,but with health vision you will be lucky if they show up for even 20% of your hours.
Fantastic experience: I have nothing but praise for health vision they are all been amazing to me from my physiotherapy rehab ot therapy down to case manger support workers to receptionist s greeted would youlike a drink so friendly aways helpful to assist I wouldn't be where I am today than you so much health vision there is no words to say how much appreciate what you have done with me

Fantastic experience: A Service that operates over and above what they are paid to do. In these trying times they do everythingin their power to make sure their clients are well looked after. Everyone needs to remember at the moment probably half the workforce of the WORLD are away from work sick, there is only so much humans can do!!
Negative experience: Steer clear of this place. Appalling service. No contact or visit from nurses despite accepting the gp referral. No reply to numerous messages left on their answerphone as you cannot talk to a real person. Hubby ended up in hospital because of their inompetence.

Negative experience: Absolutely dire management of health workers. I keep being told that they are short of carers because of Covid but they keep sending people for hours we don't need (for six weeks now) - wasting government money and employees time. Management doesn't tell their carers what the clients condition is even when they are employed for personal care. Zero communication skills from management re: visits or confirmation
Negative experience: Absolute rubbish service. Was assigned a visit of 2 hours per week for a month by ACC. First week was fine, then next week was canceled twice and when help finally arrived, they stayed for 20 mins and my 10 year old grandson could have done a better job. The next 2 week's appointment times also were canceled by Health Vision at the last minute. If ACC are paying for this service they're being ripped off.
Fantastic experience: Huge Thank You for the speed and professionalism you showed in organising home care for me. In a busy house trying to cope with a broken leg is very tough. From the initial phone call to the support staff who came to the house, I cannot praise highly enough. They listened to what I needed and over delivered. Thank You
Negative experience: Useless management.
Negative experience: After discharge from hospital & unable to walk or drive, it was part of their job to collect my prescriptions & food order. I was outside any delivery area. This was never achieved until my physiotherapist contacted them, & then they only assisted me with a food order once in x2 months!! This organisation only just make 2stars, they deserve one star but they are not the worst of their industry. They never assisted with food preparation, even when I couldn't get out of bed!! The whole service under ACC is about doing as little as possible & leaving clients suffering & struggling, to survive. The case officer never answered her phone & didn't reply to messages. Sadly Healthvision at least were better than Access Able & one other organisation who accepted ACC contract of service but had no caregivers close enough to fill it, leaving ZERO assistance immediately after my operation & hospital discharge. They should be charged with criminal negligence! :(
Fantastic experience: Joined 8 weeks ago. Great organisation with heart. Welcoming , supportive , and caring. Have seen them go extra mile for staff and clients. Open to improve and learn from feedback. Awesome staff throughout the organisation all doing a great job .
