Fantastic experience: Peter is by far the best Physio I have interacted with in NZ and I have been to quite a few of them. He has an extremely thorough process and tailors a solution to your injury and, more importantly, your situation. No generic solutions here. Being in a full gym is a huge benefit for running through your rehab options. If the rating went higher I'd give him 10 stars.

Fantastic experience: After eight years of ongoing shoulder issues, I have been able to come back to strength training without pain. My experience with Peter has been so different compared with other physios, he took the time to make sure I was not just "ok" but actually properly pain free. His demonstrative technique means I am easily able to apply what I've learned in the gym. Would highly recommend Peter for tricky injuries, he has a lot of patience

Fantastic experience: Couldn't recommend Pete highly enough! I've had a roller coaster of a year with shoulder issues and was recommended Pete by a friend. After the initial assessment, we had a plan in place and he had sent me off to get an ultrasound and x-rays. After results came back, a referral was made for a specialist, all the while, working through a very thorough rehab plan which include massage, complete reset of my desk set up and gym work. I've been to a few physio's over the years and Pete is by far the best. Very knowledgeable, incredibly patient and empathetic. I always felt like I was being listened to, rehab plan was adjusted as we went depending on how the body was responding. I'm now back in the gym, pain free and looking forward to getting back to full strength. If you have been thinking about seeing a Physio for a niggle that you have, reach out to Pete - you'll wonder why you hadn't booked sooner.

I’m always very impressed with his thorough initial injury assessment and the way he explains the root cause of the problem and what can be done to prevent similar issues in future. His treatment programmes are well thought out and clearly communicated and he spends plenty of time demonstrating exactly how exercises should be performed to ensure my technique is spot on. I’ve had great results from my treatment with Peter and have often come back feeling stronger in the problem area than I had been.
