Fantastic experience: Amazing service, great variety and quality of products. Nice atmosphere, very tasty fresh baked goods such as sourdough breads, rolls and croissants. Teas are great, and naturopaths are super friendly and helpful.

They stock a great range of products and we have relied on Nat for her expert advice for some time now. If there is anything that is not standard stocked, Nat is able to formulise a specialty product to help/compliment your health journey. Her wealth of knowledge and expertise are highly valued by a lot of locals and visitors alike in the community. We would always highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: This place is a wee gem! I haven’t had the chance to physically visit yet (I’m not local to the area) but I was fortunate enough to find this place via a friend who works there. It is a treasure chest of wellness with the most friendly staff. Places like this are so hard to find these days, if you want a genuine herbal dispensary and genuine wellness products this place is it! Can’t wait to visit someday!

Fantastic experience: Visted the shop yesterday. There is good range of products and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Their smoothies are the best in town. Had positive and enjoyable visit.

Negative experience: Great shop and a good range of products, but unfortunately service was terrible, felt like they just couldn't be bothered even saying hello or offering any help even when asked about a few proucts, pretty dissapointed and probably wouldn't bother going in again

Fantastic experience: Visited the store today. Great range of organic products. Has a very relaxed vibe. Read a recent review… maybe it could be a wake up call for the owners BUT … 50% of the shops that I entered today, I would have said good morning to the sales people as I entered their store and thanked them as I departed. Eleanor Roosevelt once said “Nobody can make you feel inferior without your consent.”

Negative experience: The young new naturopath and the blonde naturopath are very snobby and rude. Neither of them have greeted me or asked if I needed any help. Or other customers. Would expect at least a warm hello. Not impressed. When I asked a question, I was made to feel dumb as the answer was obvious for them. A shame since the shop is so nice and has amazing products. Really ruins the vibe.

Fantastic experience: Lovely store full of remedies for everything! I purchased the light face cream off of a recommendation, and loved browsing the assortment of products.

Fantastic experience: Great shop with very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The girls in the dispensary always have what I need to keep my family healthy especially over the winter months.

Negative experience: The seller works with a subcontractor to NZ post who has now numerous times had issues with saying a package is delivered when it either wasn’t, or it was delivered to a mailbox which lends it to being stolen. No images are provided of where it was actually delivered to when requested. As the purchaser, you don’t hold the contract with the courier so have to rely on the seller to rectify or claim back from the courier and then replace the item. Which they do not. This is despite paying $9 for a courier service. The seller has no intention of rectifying (aside from offering a 20% discount on a replacement purchase(!) and stating how frustrating it is for them and asking for understanding(!). So buy at your own risk or somehow spell out that a $9 courier means proper delivery to the front door. The entire cost will fall on you as the customer.

Fantastic experience: This is THE most wonderful place. The grocery store and all the items for sale and staff are incredible and it is literally a happy, health seeking, wonderful place. The naturopaths (Elena and Natalie) are also both fantastic. Elena was my consultant and she could not have been better. Helping me sort out long standing health issues, gut problems, inflammation and post IVF issues. She was practical, considerate, empathetic and knowledgeable and really went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best information, diagnostics and care. She really cared about the outcome and wasnt just 'charging me by the hour'- she is amazing. A wonderful resource. I couldn't reccommend her or the Herbal Dispensary more highly for anyone who wants to focus on their wellbeing.

My favourite thing is there herbal teas something for every health related issue. Fast speedy delivery when you can't make it to the store. Check them out :) you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I have been having a few small health issues for a while, and after not getting anywhere with western medicine i reached out to Alena and had an appointment. She was so incredibly graceful, kind and compassionate with her approach, and my gosh- so full of knowledge! ive been for 2 follow up appointments now and have seen huge improvements in my health. if price was a factor Alena did what she could to still treat my symptoms & i never felt like she was trying to sell me anything. I highly recommend going to see any of the herbalists, they will make your life that much better!

Negative experience: Was waiting to purchase an item and person serving walked away from the counter without even noticing I was waiting, disgusted I walked out but went back 10 minutes later, server still on the phone and assistant walked away again...hopeless
