Fantastic experience: I was referred to Naveed to help with treatment for a damaged muscle. He was very thorough with both his questions and examination and showed care and empathy. Once he quickly worked out there may be a muscle tear he referred me for an urgent ultrasound, came back quickly with the result and referred me for further care. His quick action and great judgement has helped me greatly in moving forward to the appropriate treatment and recovery.

Fantastic experience: Emmy is absolutely amazing. She helped me a lot during my rehabilitation and recovery from a shoulder injury. She is very attentive and caring, the embodiment of kindness and compassion. I can only recommend her. The only downside with Emmy is that once you’re healed, you’ll miss her good mood and her smile. I don’t recommend getting injured just to go see her, but if you need a physio, be grateful that Emmy exists to take such good care of you.

Fantastic experience: It is really blessed for me to meet Emmy Wong. I got injury while I was moving out and in to a new place. She wrote a referral letter to emergency Auckland hospital to check my Lumbar sprained to make sure my health conditions is okay before further treatments. Emmy has given me individual and tailored method treatments and some exercises to do at home. I gained my energy and got strength back. Fantastic experience: I write this review as I am currently seated pain free. When I initially saw Garth 6 months ago I was unable to sit for more than 10 minutes without developing quite significant neck pain. Having had some chronic pain that I have been dealing with for many years, Garth has been tackling the impossible task of trying to sort out my different injuries. Together we have been working through every problem area, mostly focusing on my shoulder. I feel very fortunate to have crossed paths with Garth. He is an exceptional physiotherapist and also just a great guy! He is very good at listening and coming up with creative solutions. He is always very patient with explaining what is going on and giving me the tools so that I do not need to rely on him. Dealing with chronic pain has taken over a lot of my life and I can finally say for the first time in a while that I am feeling very positive and optimistic about my future… Thank you Garth!

Fantastic experience: i can’t recommend this physiotherapist enough!! first of all, i got an appointment super fast and my physiotherapist emmy wong immediately took care of my situation. i had a stiff neck and the pain got continuously worse and from my previous experiences physiotherapists try to fix it painfully in one session, but emmy treated my pain really gentle over multiple sessions. she also tried a new acupuncture technique from chinese medicine and immediately relieved quite a bit of tension and with the following treatment i got back to my normal movement. emmy is an absolute lifesaver taking your pain very seriously!! Thank you for everything!!

Fantastic experience: I saw Emmy to treat a chronically locked neck and shoulder - I went in asking for dry needling but she instead did some gentle manipulation and acupuncture and it provided immediate relief. She explained everything very well and was gentle and kind - I will happily continue receiving treatment from her and would definitely recommend her to anyone who is suffering with chronic neck and shoulder pain!

Fantastic experience: I got a quick appointment by simple online booking and Emmy helped me a lot with an inflamed tendon on the foot. My GP just prescribed painkillers after having a short look on it. However, Emmy found that, contrary to the first assumption, the problem was not the Achilles tendon but the peroneal tendon and after having 3 appointments the pain was already much better. I can only recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been having physiotherapy from Naveed at the Institute of Sport Physiotherapy for the last few weeks on a lower back injury. He’s an amazing physio, very knowledgeable, has a high degree of care, and easy to talk to. He gave me an exercise plan to do at home through the week, and I have to say that my recovery has exceeded my expectations. Fantastic experience: I suffered an unusual back injury last year and was recommended this place - my first time seeing a physio. Gabby explained the issue in a way I could easily understand. After some electrotherapy he took me through progressive exercises I could do at home to rebuild my strength. The appointments didn't feel excessive for what I had, and I came away feeling confident in my mobility and strength afterwards. I can't imagine a better first experience with physiotherapy.

Mr Hayhow is vastly experienced and has always known straight from the bat what is wrong and fixed me straight away. Positive experience: A den of experts in their field, graham the physio and kenny the accupunture is quite knowledgeable, and helpful. The only downturn is the carpark, quite narrow and limited, but nothing to do with their expertise.
