Fantastic experience: One of the better snap fitness gyms, despite the older equipment. Good range of equipment! Nice layout! Good showers with glass door so no mirror steaming for a change! Keep the steam in the shower cubicle! Why don't any of the snaps have extractor fans... That work!? Biggest showers in Auckland I've seen so far. Good shower pressure for Auckland. Wish I lived closer.

Fantastic experience: Good quality gym, all of the machines are in very good condition and just very good quality, best 24hr gym I've been to. The staff are very professional and friendly. Social distancing is implemented well and it's not too busy so it's easy to get the machine you want to use.

This is a judgment free zone and you will met with nothing but love if you decide to make the step to join the snap Henderson family. 11/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: There are so many positives about this gym, you really have to become a member to experience it for yourself. I once hated gyms, would rather do road runs and play lots of different sports to keep active and in shape. However, since joining Snap Fitness Henderson years ago, I really love and enjoy working out in the gym - all credit to the amazing manager, personal trainers and community of members who really go above and beyond to support your fitness journey and make you feel part of the club family.

Negative experience: Cancellation policy is nowhere on the website. When you cancel they say it’s 30 days notice. So one week after cancellation, there’s 3 more payments = 6 weeks = 42 days! Just be transparent, and put all this up on the website to avoid miscommunication. I’m not too fussed as it is not a huge amount, but it looks like you only care about the experience of your current members. So let this review serve as an information for others.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at snap fitness henderson since the start of the year as plus size woman I struggled with the thought of walking into the gym I work in the complex and would often walk up to the doors and walk away too scared. Once I got the courage to walk up the stairs I was greeted by the club manager Hollie who was so welcoming and supportive. The classes are fantastic and the trainers are super supportive! I've lost a considerable amount of weight and feel 100 times better.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Auckland. Great atmosphere where you can enjoy doing your work out and keeping fit. Hollie, the club manager, knows every member by their name, greats them and make sure they are well looked after by her team of fitness instructors and personal trainers. Just a really friendly atmosphere were everyone feels welcome. They get you to your goals as well. They have brand new equipment and are 24/7 - all round good place to be.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to a gym in twenty years and was very apprehensive when I joined. But not only did Henderson Snap make me feel at home but helped me achieve my goals (which I have to keep changing each time I attain one!). All the personal trainers are amazing and very approachable, but I couldn’t have got to where I am now without a big shout out to my Personal Trainer Mania, who not only listened to me but designed a program to accommodate my ailing sports injuries. This not only took me to a place where my doctor strongly suggested I should be!, but gave me back my self-confidence in pushing my body. The facilities are fantastic, very clean and I must say Henderson Snap is the first gym where I am happy to get changed at! There is also a policy or wiping down the equipment after use, which is a fantastic initiative and is a policy that not only respects fellow users but shows that people genuinely care for the gym and the people around them. Finally!, I was so impressed I talked my wife in changing from her gym to join Henderson Snap.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of a gym since 2006 and Snap Lincoln road is the best I've been too by far! The remodel and new equipment looks great, it's always spotless and tidy, and the attitude of everyone is supportive. The Management, PTs and other members all know what makes a good gym and its infectious. There are a number of group classes, a range of cardio equipment and a good selection of free weights, on top of that the PTs are approachable and never too busy to help. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: I like this gym a lot, its clean and tidy has great facilities and is well managed. Personal Trainers are very good and helpful plus as a bonus its got a good view out the window which helps pass the treadmilling time too. Overall i highly recommend and glad i joined.

Negative experience: Wouldnt even give a star but could not proceed without clicking a star. Really disappointed in service keep mucking up account details, cancellation and payment arrangement. Was happy at first with the gym, but the ending really ruined the experience, would not recommend to anyone. There are other gyms in west Auckland that have better service

Fantastic experience: Been here for coming up 1 year now, first time I've stuck to going to a gym. The atmosphere is nice always friendly and welcoming. These guys really helped me step outside my comfort zone. Fun classes, bootcamps there's always a challenge going on to help motivate you. The PTs and club manager are friendly and very helpful (there real people just like me) they are a amazing supportive team. Snap Henderson is awesome

Fantastic experience: When you join Snap Henderson you Gain a Support Network Or Family as I like to call it. The Team work above and beyond the call of Duty for every member. Your wants and needs are taken care of and you are treated with the upmost respect. If you have every worried about judgement then you need not worry here. We are all on the same playing field and you go at the pace that works for you. Your Peers will support you and you will feel right at home. This gym has changed my life and I'll never look back.

The Staff are all Vibrant, my 1 on 1 PT sessions are Amazing, Supportive like the gym hours 24/7 and Well Experienced and Informative in what you want/need to know. The People are Amazing, The Facilities are Awesome, The Location is so Ideal and most Importantly you get SO MUCH MORE for what you pay for (Classes/Bootcamps/Challenges/PT sessions/Nutrition Consults etc) Snap Fitness Henderson is the ONLY gym I have enjoyed going to daily. I have NEVER regretted signing up with SFH. Its almost like a addiction to either go in for a workout or just to say HI!!! Love This Place!!!

Fantastic experience: I joined back in December, it had been decades since I stepped into a gym. I was extremely nervous as I had allot of weight to lose. Straight away I was made to feel welcome. 10 months later I have lost 30kgs and made great friends. The staff are very supportive, overall the members and environment is very friendly. If you need to make a change for a healthier you, this is the place to do it.

The gym itself has state of the art equipment, there is also a nice outdoor area which is spacious for any kind of group fitness or if you just want some space for yourself. Negative experience: Good layout. However standard of cleanliness is bad. Music is played way too loud in the gym. can't even listen to my own music with my head phones on, even with my volume turned up.

Positive experience: Too small but ok, machines are relatively ok but not so great when it comes to practicality. Benches are too heavy and space is so limited

Fantastic experience: I LOVE this gym! I've been going there since 2014. The staff are amazing, helpful, encouraging and non-judgmental. It is a cosy environment and is at a great central location with easy access. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend the Henderson branch to anyone out West.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best gym in Auckland. Fun friendly family atmosphere . Receptionist hollie is friendly and welcoming. The personal trainers are some of the best I have come in contact with. This gym all so has a reputation of big weight loss clients

Positive experience: Staff are good, price is very fair. Equipment and facilities are kept nice and clean. Gear replaced when needed. Being part of a chain it's also handy to be able to use other snap fitness locations when being a member. This particular gym is a bit on the small side, and could use a few more machines. Being in a busy area, the traffic flow gets heavy at peak times. However there is a nice outdoor roof top area and being a 24hr gym is great.
