Fantastic experience: Just under a year ago I started receiving treatment from Limitless Chiropractic and it was genuinely the best decision of my life! I’ve spent years heavily impacted by M.E./CFS and P.O.T.S and the symptoms I was experiencing daily (pain, fatigue - many complications) left me unable to function and at times bedridden. They’re all so lovely, I felt safe to show up no matter how that looked - tidy, or straight from bed, it didn't matter. To put it simply, I’ve seen my overall health and capacity improve in ways I didn’t believe possible. Without exaggeration, it’s improved every aspect of my life. Wish I started treatment there sooner! Can’t recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: One thing I would love to say about Total health chiro that I wish I knew about this place sooner than I did. Doctor chin has been amazing specialist she really healed my neck and head pain in a way. I still got 6/7 months more to go. Basically I saw a change in my body in first few weeks and slowly started adjusting to my new body posture. But really appreciate Doctor chin. You have helped me alot and health is always above the money❤️

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Carmen I now have proper movement in my back. I also have a slight hunch in my back that I've noticed after 3 sessions has slightly started disappearing and I am able to stand up straight with a good posture and without pain. I can move freely, and emotionally and mentally I feel so much more calmer and happier. We came up with a plan to help me get my posture corrected and although it will take a few months it has definitely shown it works just after 3 sessions so it is worth continuing. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Total Health Miramar since 2021, initially hesitant because I wasn't sure what to expect or if my concerns would be solved however I'm glad I took the leap because I was experiencing a lot of migraines and back pain to begin with and over the course of my care with Dr Keith since going, it's vastly improved. Fantastic experience: I have being going to Total Health Chiropractic Miramar for 9 months now. It took me a year to pluck the courage up to actually make an appointment, as I was so scared of what they would do to me.. But I don't know what I was worried about, my first appointment with Dr David was amazing. I have never had such an amazing experience and ever since have been going weekly to see either Dr David or Dr Keith. They (including Sophie & Laura) are very welcoming, caring, helpful, cheerful, accomodating, respectful, thoughtful, supportive, encouraging, understanding and they even let you take your dogs there with you, I haven't done this yet, but one day I will. I could go on but there is not enouh space for me to say how much appreciate them all.

Fantastic experience: They literally saved my life. I was so dizzy it was impacting every aspect of my life. the pain in my skull and spine were constant and DR's didn't even want to give me an x ray. I went to see jasmine and after one adjustment all the pressure and my head skull were gone. the numbness in my arm gone. they are so kind and professional and their prices are very reasonable.

Fantastic experience: Jasleen is the best chiropractor I have ever had! She has a great way of providing extra stretches and explaining how they help. This really helped my motivation to do them, but Jasleen was also extremely patient when I didn't do my homework. I have also seen two other members of Total Health while Jasleen was away and found them to be very skillful and up to date on my notes. I did have some minor frustrations with the office administration, but how I would feel after treatment definitely made up for this.

Fantastic experience: For the last ten years I have struggling with my health. I was constantly tired, had major mood swings, wouldn't sleep properly, was unmotivated, had bad acne (I'm 28) and had no hope as I was always so tired and running my body off empty. I also have PCOS and I never got my period - maybe once or twice a year since I was about 16. I had some blood tests done from my GP and it showed that I have extremely high cholesterol and my reproductive organs weren't working anymore due to one of the medications I was prescribed (that was their theory). I was told I probably won't have anymore children and I never received and apology from them for giving me that medication in the first place. I was broken - I wanted the choice to have more kids! At least seven family members of mine have been to Total Health Chiropractic to see Dr. Comely. The would tell me how his treatment and plan for them with the supplements and Chiropractic services were for them and encouraged me to go and see him once I finish my degree and start working. I sat on this thought for months until I got sick of feeling unwell and just booked the appointment with him. When I first came in to the clinic in Miramar I was greeted with huge smiles and the reception staff were very kind and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The clinic - both Miramar & Plimmer Steps- are very clean and tidy. I saw Dr. Comely and he did some tests on me with the medication I was been prescribed by my doctors - some were fine but some weren't as they were damaging my body and he pinpointed what it was doing to my body plus he even knew what body part it was affecting (one was giving me anxiety which was bang on) . He could also tell that my body craved sugar. He advised me to try a gluten free diet and to also cut a decent amount of sugar. He gave me a good amount of supplements and a timetable of when I need them and I was on my way. It was either day 1 or 2 of taking these supplements and I had never ever felt so energised in my life or I couldn't remember the last time. I didn't have a nap, I made dinner, I slept well, I felt great. After about a week my skin was completely clear and I notice now that if I eat gluten my skin breaks out - so I avoid it. I feel like I'm finally getting my health, mind and body back I now see Dr. Comely on a regular basis and we have a lot of work to do but I trust him as I have seen the massive change in my family and also in me! I'm so glad I made the step to see him. He is very on to it and the team there are great ! Highly recommend Total Health ! I also went to Total Health in 2012 when I was living in Miramar and they were the only chiropractor that I could find back then that actually put my back into place and made me feel so much better ! so 9 years of great service.

Fantastic experience: Five months ago, I went to see my GP regarding my Sciatica. He told me to take some pain killers and it will eventually pass. It gradually got worse over time and I was in so much pain sitting, standing and laying down. After a few weeks, I woke up and the back of my left heel was a little sore. I didn't think anything of it, I continued to go to work but in the afternoon, I was limping and in so much pain! I made a decision to get help. I started researching Sciatica and Plantar Fasciitis. I saw YouTube Clips on Chiropractors and what they do etc... I made my first appointment with Total Health Chiropractic on 15 July 2019 and was assigned to Dr Miqdad. After my first visit, I felt a Huge difference! I was still sceptical and I didn't want to write this review until a few visits later. I have had four sessions with Dr Miqdad and I am not limping!!! I can do things that I couldn't do before! I can't feel the pain in my foot no more and my sciatica is almost gone! I can sit, stand and lay down without any discomfort or pain! I totally recommend Total Health Chiropractic to anyone suffering Sciatica or Plantar Fasciitis! I refuse to live on pain killers and I am so happy that I made a decision to book myself in! Fantastic experience: I highly recommend David and his team. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I find his manner very approachable. Often people visit when they have exhausted all ‘mainstream’ alternatives. When I visited it was at the end of a 2 year recurring battle with staph infections, in which I was constantly prescribed stronger and stronger antibiotics. My whole immune system was shutting down and I was extremely exhausted. Over the past 2 years, not only is my immune system in great shape, I have learnt an unbelievable amount about myself and how my body works. David now also treats my Husband and three children (3, 6 & 8). If you are on the fence about a visit - don’t hesitate.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing David Comley for the past 4 months now. After having a major car accident at the start of the year, i was advised by a good friend to meet with David. To say its been a life changing journey is not over exaggerating. The initial basis of my visit was to deal with the pain from my injuries and to help modify structurally to allow proper healing and health going forward. Fantastic experience: Leaky gut I first heard about Dr David through a friend who suffered a spinal injury. At the time I was experiencing chronic inflammation, low energy, insomnia, sore achy joints, neck tension, shoulder and lower back tension, bloated gut and poor digestion. With the help of Dr David I have discovered how stress, food choices and lifestyle impact on my health. Today, my family and I strive to follow a healthy lifestyle that includes sugar-free & gluten-free foods. In addition, I have adopted yoga at-home via YouTube, I'm a regular Shakti mat user, I box 1-2 times a week, I belong to a monthly gardening group & weather permitting I love cycling out on the Hutt River Trail with my 4yo son Raphael. Managing balance with 2 kids under 5, part time work, managing mommy duties & cooking nourishing food for my family does present a number of challenges. But with support from Dr David, he has helped me learn, grow and thrive. Today I no longer suffer from inflammation, I sleep better, I have more energy and I understand what stress does to my body and the health of my gut has greatly improved.

I came in, in early March to David and although I was a bit skeptical at first within three weeks most of my symptoms had dissolved and were manageable. Thanks to Dr David, I have been given relief from ongoing severe pain with a combination of treatment and exercises, and better guidelines now for life changing healthy options. In my situation, many years of on and off participation in various sports, a neck issue through squash, compounded with a back injury via a race car incident, not to mention a lifetime of bad habits, there were signs of a pretty miserable outlook for my later years. The medical professional could only say, you have arthritis, take some pain killers. When it gets worse, take some stronger painkillers. Within a week of attending Total Health, I was off painkillers, amazing. Fantastic experience: The team here are total professionals. I have experienced their deep sense of caring about me as an individual, and others in my family for a few years now. Personally my symptoms of ill health show in extreme eczema, and whether it’s from adrenal overload due to demands from work stress, or toxic loads nutritionally, the skills used to support my body in its healing and rebalancing is truely amazing. The combination of chiro work, nutritional supplements and damn good advice at the right time has been more valuable than any GP or Dermatologist has ever got near to achieving in my 45 years. I would rate Total Health Chiro 10 ⭐️ if I could here.

Negative experience: I was seeing one of the chiropractors for about 6 weeks and I paid over $1000. I was quite impressed with the 'holistic' approach to my health concerns back then (cognitive function/nervous system and facial skin condition) which I really appreciated and I think we need more health services like this but all of it goes out the window if you are not listened to. I was prescribed such strong dosages of magnesium and everything else (zinc, iron, hormonal, vitamin D...mushroom supplement)...I was taking about 15 pills a day...which made my health suffer even further....my digestion got stuffed up, I was getting headaches every day and I had irregular MC. I communicated this to the Chiropractor I was seeing and he refused to listen to me...he said its all part of detox when I knew it wasn't. I also don't think he is the right person to be helping with emotional/beliefs side of things...at least in my case...and that wasn't why I approached this place. Sometimes I felt he stepped over the line asking me things that wasn't anyone's business expecting me to share my heart and soul in a 15 min appointment so he could give me the right affirmation to work on...affirmations don't heal anything. It felt interrogating and I really didn't feel he was the right person to address any of my life challenges I was going through back then. I stopped going to this place because I felt I had more than enough of spinal adjustments done. I stopped taking all of the supplements he prescribed and I started feeling much better...all of my symptoms (digestion, headaches..irregular MC) were gone. He really challenged my own supplements I was taking so I stopped taking them....in the end, I went back to what I felt was right for my body and this is how I healed most things I was struggling with then. I was prescribed magnesium to calm my nervous system...it wasn't very effective and I think I was overdosed on this supplement....what really worked for me was B12 supplement and that's what I take every day which works magical for me. I didn't quite understand how he came up with the dosages and supplements using kinesiology (isn't this testing supposed to show what's right for your body?) because those aren't the best supplements for my body. I never ever take them. My body thrives on B12, Vitamin C, Probiotics, Burdock root...Magnesium only from time to time. Anyway, long story short...I felt he didn't listen to what I had to say and it was all about what 'he knows' and his 'theory'. I definitely got the feeling he thought he knew better than me since he is the 'specialist'. He definitively knows more about human body more than I do but I know my own body and what works for me better than any specialist. I imagine his approach works in many cases because many people don't take care of their health the way I do so they rely on someone else's knowledge and direction but I am not one of those people. I think he needs to be mindful of who he is dealing with and not overrule a person's knowledge of his/her own health over his 'theory' and how he 'usually' approaches situations. Its not about him. In most of the appointments, I felt I wasn't completely heard and it was all about what he 'thought' which wasn't right for my body in the end anyway. For that reason alone, I don't think I will be visiting this place again.

Currently 5 weeks in and the changes have been incredible already. Fantastic experience: I went to Total Health chiropractor dr Christopher Hill because my knee was hurting so badly to the point I could almost not walk anymore. After the first treatment I immediately felt an amazing difference and a lot of pain relief. I’ve had an accident while surfing about 4 years ago and ever since I’ve had trouble with my knee. During these past years I’ve been to many specialists but Christopher is my favorite! Originally I’m from the Netherlands and I’ve only stayed in Wellington for about 1,5 month so the amount of times I’ve seen Dr Hill was pretty low but the effect was amazing! What I like about him and his way of working, is that he really listens to you and looks at your unique body and movements. He didn’t just check what my complaints were and what usually causes them but looked at my own personal situation. Since his short treatment I now know that a muscle that was not actived is now because of the corrections and excersises activated again and I can really feel the change in my whole body. He also explained and showed my body’s reaction to stress. So now that I know this and pay attention to it, I can correct myself when I stress. So all in all dr Christopher Hill is a great chiropractor, who I would highly recommend to everyone!

Fantastic experience: I gotta say that I started my sessions with some doubts if it is really gonna work for my neck problem. I was taking advantage of a friend referral deal which was a real bargain, and I couldn't see any harm to give it a try. At the first session I got a thorough check up, and got adjusted by Miqdad. Literally, right after he finished I was RELIEVED, and RELIVED. Much much clearer head, relaxed neck, those feelings I haven't felt for a year if not for years. It was like after you had the best sleep possible, felt energetic and alive in my case. Since then I developed a habit, I get an adjustment form Miqdad before a big fat az task, or after a big work-out, on top of my regular sessions. Everytime I get up from that funny bed, I feel like a different person. Had a friend visiting from Australia and she accidently injured her neck, she was in agony, lying flat couldn't even help her. Couldn't stand the thought of waiting in hospital for hours and be sent home with painkillers, I called Miqdad for help. Miraculously would sound cheesy, but it was what happened, she walked out there smiling, changed her flight to couple of days later so could be seen by Miqdad for two more sessions. back to Oz and went to see a chiro, "I better off wait to see Miqdad next time in Welly other than waste my time and money here" quote her. Fantastic experience: Talk about the magic touch! After suffering intermittent back and neck pain over the last 20 years, I was reluctant to try another treatment provider. Boy I am glad I did. After a short assessment Miqdad quickly identified deficiencies in my nervous system and after a few painless adjustments the positive difference was amazing. I now have a maintenance programme in place with Total Health Chiropractic which is much better than the reactionary approach I had previously taken to my back care.

Fantastic experience: My 6 year old and I arrived into Total Health- Dr David’s office with multiple health problems. She was intolerant to more than 25 foods, woke up incredibly angry/sad in the mornings, had trouble sleeping, lacked confidence, lacked energy, suffered from hypoglycaemia, aching legs, sore tummies, refused to eat and more. I was constantly having to discipline her, as she would hurt her siblings regularly, she lacked focus and concentration. Relationships around her were suffering. I was so worried. Fantastic experience: After an intensive gym session I got an important pain in my neck. After two weeks keeping this, I went to Total Health chiropractic in Miramar and it got definitely treated in two sessions! I was followed by Dr David and now Dr Albert, both excellent. I learnt a lot about my body functions, what I should do to avoid some specific pains, what I should eat more to improve my immune system or digestion etc... I strongly advise this place.

Fantastic experience: I used to have lower back pain when carrying heavy stuff. This was from a bad fall at work where I slipped (on a puddle) and landed my whole weight on my left hip.
