Fantastic experience: Five months in, and it's about time we shared our experience. Transitioning from a well-known gym made me a bit apprehensive, but Pawan truly excels at connecting with people. He created an atmosphere that made us feel like long-time members right from the start. Fantastic experience: Amazing gym! I've been to a lot of gyms, Focus Fitness is one of the best gyms that I have ever gone to! The owner, Pawan and the staff are alway's happy, positive, and encouraging. Always willing to help out and go the extra mile for you. They love to walk around the gym getting to know everyone. It's such a great vibe. Great prices for what you get. Great range of equipment. It's one big happy community. Comes with a sauna in both the mens and women's bathrooms, massage chairs, has a protein shake kitchen, and has a private women's gyms area. It's a gym where you get excited to go workout at. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been members at this gym when it was under different management and since Pawan has taken over, we have noticed all of the great improvements he has made - from making renovations to create more space to upgrading gym equipment and machines! The gym itself is always clean, tidy and has everything you need to get a good workout in! If you are looking for a gym that is affordable, has a great community vibe and friendly staff (shoutout to Summer!) that actually care about you, then Focus Fitness is the gym for you! Fantastic experience: I believe everyone covered all the great things about this gym. I have been training for over 25 years and I know when I see a good gym. The atmosphere is relaxed, no PTs following you around to give cheap advice and everyone seems so friendly. I drive 15 min to get to this gym and won t even consider going to a different one closer to home. The staff are very polite and genuinely nice. Can t recomand it enough. PS even my toddler loves the gym …and he complains about most things.

Fantastic experience: Me and my wife decided to try local gym in New Lynn and we came across with Focus Fitness. We joined few months ago and we are enjoying our workout and group classes. Pawan and his team are very professional and always there to guide us. The gym facilities are great. Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Focus Fitness for over a year now and love the community vibe. It is such a great value for what you have access to! I pay $20 for 24hr access to the gym. Unlimited access to group classes and even a sauna. I often like to train alone but if I want to I can even bring a friend (free of cost!) Would highly recommend if you are wanting to restart your fitness journey! Check them out!

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym in May after my cousin recommended it and I absolutely love it. It’s affordable, tidy and they have a women’s only workout area upstairs. They offer workout classes during the week including Zumba, a great way to get your steps in! The owner Pawan and staff are wonderful and provide a welcoming and supportive environment.

Fantastic experience: I joined the gym under previous management and ever since Pawan took over more than a year ago, I've seen so many positive changes (new classes, new machines, new carpets and extension of weights area) and my personal experience in working out has gone sky high! He greets every member by name which makes this gym have a real personal touch. There is a sauna, showers, spacious changing room, lockers, security and cameras and is open 24/7 and it's also got a Woman's Only gym section upstairs. I've spoken to past members who have rejoined again since Pawan took over and spoken to members who belonged to other gyms and came over to join Focus Fitness since it's more personal, no judgement, secure and you can enjoy a variety of group glasses. By Far the Best Gym I've Ever Used :)

It is very friendly, clean, has a lot of choice of equipment and is very reasonably priced. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member for 6 months now and have been really impressed with this gym. Lots of spaces to warm up and work out, a really good range of equipment and the sauna and massage chairs are great to relax in afterwards. Pawan and all the other staff always friendly and ready to jump in and help me when I’ve wanted to try new machines or tips on technique. I was spending more per week on yoga classes elsewhere so this gym is great value. No egos and lots of genuinely nice people.

Fantastic experience: The gym owner is very friendly and attentive, he’s always there to help and offer suggestions. The equipment is constantly being updated and the gym consistent cleaned. It’s a great environment to train and grow. They have other facilities such as boxing area and woman’s only zone upstairs, as well as a sauna and massage chairs for that post training recovery.

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend this gym enough. Under new ownership with Pawan at the helm has made a huge difference. Pawan greets you by name and is always friendly on arrival and departure. In fact you feel welcomed by all the staff. Love the Zumba classes – great way to get fit while dancing to awesome music! The gym and equipment is kept super clean and I like the separate ladies gym too. I haven’t tried out all the facilities yet but look forward to trying them out. Also, the membership cost is really reasonable. As the guy on the Dilmah tea advert says … “Do Try It!”

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of this gym nearly half a year now and most first thing you will notice is that how much owner loves and cares about his gym with a great pride. all the staff gives you very warm welcoming every time you come in. loads of equipment's that is well maintained to try, tidy bathroom & shower room, massage chair and a sauna. parking is no problem at all since parking lot is so spacious. there is nothing else to talk that this is the best gym in town !

Fantastic experience: Love this gym so much! The staff are so helpful and friendly, and this has really set the gym up to be a welcoming and supportive environment (with a really nice culture). The facilities are excellent, and kept immaculately clean, and there are continual improvements to equipment as well as new machines coming in (so you’re never waiting forever for a squat rack). I personally find Focus Fitness to be the best gym that I’ve been a member of- for everyone from beginners to experts. Also an awesome and diverse community of members.

Fantastic experience: By far the best gym in Auckland! Pawan and his team really care for their members - the environment is so comfortable, positive and welcoming. The gym is continuously upgrading, so there's no way you'll miss a muscle group! The owner is also always on site to welcome you, help if you need anything or for some quick banter. It's super clean, they have wet wipes to wipe equipment rather than towels too. There's plenty of space to do your workouts and plenty of equipment so you never have to wait for them. I would recommend this gym to any and everyone!

FF provides advanced fitness equipment which also includes my favourite machine (The massage chairs). More importantly they provide a very friendly/open environment for one to express themselves.
